Agreement
These terms cover your use of Savvy TEAS (the "App", at savvyteas.com), operated by Maniot Ventures ("we"). By using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Savvy TEAS is
Savvy TEAS is a study tool for the ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills). It offers original practice questions, lessons, practice tests and study tools. TEAS is a registered trademark of ATI; Savvy TEAS is not affiliated with or endorsed by ATI. Our questions are written by us to match the topics ATI publishes; they are not real TEAS questions.
No guarantees
We work to keep the content accurate and in line with ATI's published exam details, but we can't promise it is free of errors, and practice scores in the App are not a prediction of your TEAS score. We do not guarantee any TEAS result or admission to any program. Each program sets its own requirements; always check them with the program.
Not medical advice
Anatomy, physiology and other health content in the App is for exam preparation only. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat anyone.
Using the App
- You may use the App for your own study, and nursing programs may point their applicants to it.
- Please don't copy, republish or sell our questions, lessons or guides in bulk, scrape the App, or try to disrupt or break into it.
- Your progress is stored on your device; we are not responsible for progress lost when browser data is cleared. Your Savvy TEAS Pass is kept on your account, so signing in again brings it back.Full access is kept on your account, so signing in again brings it back.
Content and trademarks
The App's text, questions, design and code belong to Maniot Ventures. TEAS and ATI TEAS are trademarks of ATI and are used only to describe the exam this App helps you prepare for.
Payments
Nothing is sold in the Savvy TEAS app for Android. The diagnostic, the Daily 5, How the TEAS Works, the first module of every section with its practice items, and Practice Test 1 are open to everyone. Some lessons and tests open only for an account with full access: if yours has it, sign in with its email and they open on this device too.
Payments
Part of Savvy TEAS is free: the diagnostic, the Daily 5, How the TEAS Works, the first module of every section with its practice items, and Practice Test 1. The Savvy TEAS Pass unlocks the rest (every lesson and practice item, unlimited practice exams and section tests, drills in any sub-area, the readiness score and the study plan).
- Price: US$9.99, paid once through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
- Length: 120 days of full access from the day you buy it. Buying another Pass while one is active adds 120 days after the first one ends.
- No subscription: the Pass never renews and never charges you again.
- Your account: the Pass belongs to the email you sign in with, so it works on any device where you sign in with that email.
- Questions about a charge or a refund: email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the Pass it bought ends.
Availability and changes
We may change, add or remove features, or pause the App, at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the App means you accept the update.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Maniot Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App.
